Problems and prospects of tourism development are discussed in Adygeya

The parliamentary hearings with participation of the President of Adygeya Republic Aslan Tkhakushinov on the theme: “Problems and prospects of tourism and resorts development in Adygeya Republic” took place in the House of government of Adygeya Republic.
In the work of the session the Prime minister of Adygeya Republic Murat Kumpilov also participated.
I greatly hope that the parliamentary hearings on problems of tourism organized for the first time will give positive result for development of this branch in our region, – the head of the republic emphasized. – The problem in many respects consists of that today five territories of Adygeya are included into the World Natural Heritage of the UNESCO. On the one hand that is good, but on the other hand it does not give an opportunity of construction in these territories any tourist objects. We should contact a representative of the UNESCO in Russia and coordinate with him our plans and projects for the civilized tourism development as it is done in the Europe and America.
During the work of the parliamentary hearings the deputies and the heads of executive authorities mentioned the tendencies concerning the stable development of tourist and sanatorium complex. In the republic there are 48 organizations registered which are carrying out the activities in the sphere of the tourist services. In comparison on 2006 the quantity of the places of accommodation increased in 13 %, and the volume of the made tourist and sanatorium services increased in 82 % and made more than 140 million rubles.
