Dear compatriots!
During recent months the political situation in Syrian Arab Republic has been deteriorating.Every day massive clashes of different groups with the authorities of the country, killing of hundreds of innocent people take place.
We, Circassians (Cherkess) of Syria, appeared to be in an extremely difficult position. Every day we are forced to risk our lives and the lives of our loved ones. A hope for that the situation in the country would stabilize and a chance for living in peace and security in Syria do not exist any more.
In this hour so difficult for our people the only country which we can call upon for help and salvation is Russian Federation, our republic within Russia, our brothers and sisters in Northern Caucasus. Our sincere desire is to return to our ancestral land, to live in peace and harmony with our brothers and sisters in Northern Caucasus, in peace and harmony with all the peoples of Russia.
We, undersigning this, appeal to you to accept us in the native land, to rescue us from the impending tragedy, to hold your helping hand in this difficult hour. We believe that our call for help and salvation will not be left without your attention.
