Said-Emin Ibragimov, Vice Premier of Chechen Republic of Ichkeria’s Government and it’s representative in Int’l organizations who is also internationally recognized human rights activist – sent materials for the starting proceedings against Vladimir Putin and Russian political and military leaders to International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague – Netherlands.
For this that justice would win and proceedings would be started, we need universal worldwide support. Mr Ibragimov asks everyone to support now and to send letters of support to: miriprava@hotmail.com or press-miriprava@hotmail.fr
Mr Ibragimov has sent materials with special registered post. According to rules of the Court, further documents will be sent immediately  after from the Attorney General of ICC has conformed about the starting of proceedings of criminal case.
Mr Ibragimov accused Vladimir Putin and Russian political and military leaders in the following crimes:aggression, genocide, crimes against humanity, war crimes.
Considering the fact that the jurisdiction of the ICC has no retroactive nature and the court may consider only crimes committed after the entry into force of the Statute and the establishment of the Court, Said-Emin requested to acknowledge the fact that the (de jure and de facto) war crimes of the political and military forces of the Russian Federation-Russia against the Chechen people undoubtedly took place.
War of in fact and law is not stopped until now, the peace agreement is not signed, and the territory of Chechnya is occupied and annexed by Russia. Each of these facts is the basis for the initiation of criminal proceedings against the President of the Russian Federation, Russia VV Putin and other perpetrators who have committed and continue to commit crimes against the Chechen people also now, after the entry into force of the Statute and the establishment of the Court. In his statement, Said-Emin Ibragimov stated that the refusal of the Russian leadership (for obvious reasons) to ratify the ICC Statute can not be a legal and logical “reason” for the impunity of the real criminals, the description of the crimes that take hundreds of volumes.
Considering all these circumstances, Said-Emin Ibragimov requested the ICC Prosecutor to apply to the prosecution, which is admissible for the International Criminal Court, and universal jurisdiction to investigate the possibility of the investigation of the case by the method proprio motu on the basis of Article 15 of the ICC Statute and this statement. Only if the ICC finds the courage and the will to justice, there is a unique opportunity to finally bring to justice the perpetrators, on the conscience which hundreds of thousands of lives and warped human destinies. Of course, apply to the International Criminal Court against Putin, it is a huge risk. But someone in one day was supposed to do and it has happened. No matter from what position International Criminal Court will accept in regarding this statement, the fact of the filing of this statement is impossible to hide or force to be silent, although attempts will inevitably be.
Support this statement.
Do not be afraid of criminals, they are cowardly and void. Proof of this is that courageous and decent people could not kill and commit other inhumane crimes against helpless women, children and the elderly.
If millions of people with one voice demand fairness and justice, criminals certainly shall sit on the dock.
