In light of the results of the empty content and not out of the ordinary meetings of the International Circassian Association, which were recently held in Maykop in the Republic of Adygea, it is appropriate to recall once again these proposals now.
The proposals were read by the late Dr. Rouhi Shahaltough, the former president of the Jordan Association of Caucasus Circassian Friends, during the reception held by the Circassian Charity Association / Center branch in Amman for the delegation in the courtyard of the association. These proposals were also delivered to the members of the delegation written in Russian.
The delegation of the International Circassian Association (ICA), which visited Jordan at the time, headed by its president, Mr. Hauti Sakhrukov, was part of a tour it made in the region in August 2015, ahead of what was described at the time as the elections of the International Circassian Association.
