🇺🇦 Ukrainian MP Maria Mezentseva has urged the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) to recognize and represent the indigenous peoples and nations under Russian occupation—especially those in the North Caucasus, including Circassians, Chechens, Ingush, and others.
She emphasized the urgent need to grant these communities a pathway to representation within PACE’s framework, affirming their right to be heard on the international stage.
