            ستاونتون، 6 يونيو/حزيران — يقول المتخصصون في شمال القوقاز ، حسبما تقول مدينة خاكواشيفا (Madina Khakuasheva)، إنه من المحتمل ان تزول  اللغة الشركسية في المنطقة في أقل من 50 عاماً وأن التشريع الجديد الذي سيؤدي إلى تقليل عدد الشباب الذين يدرسون فيها سوف يعمل فقط على تسريع هذه العملية.

            يقول عالم اللغويات الشركسي والباحث في معهد قباردينو – بلكاريا لبحوث العلوم الإنسانية (Kabardino–Balkaria Institute of Research on the Humanities)، لغور أليكسانيان (Gor Aleksanyan) الذي يعمل مع كفكاز – أوزيل (Kavkaz–Uzel) ان اقتراب فناء اللغة سيؤدي أيضًا إلى استيعاب أولئك الذين اعتادوا على التحدث بها وبالتالي يهدد بقاء الأمة نفسها (kavkaz–uzel.eu/articles/321345/). Putin’s Language Law Seen Hastening Demise of Circassian Language, Radicalizing Population

            Staunton, June 6 – Specialists on the North Caucasus, Madina Khakuasheva says, say that the Circassian language is likely to die out in the region in less than 50 years and that the new legislation that will result in reducing the number of young people studying it will only accelerate that process.

            The Circassian philologist at the Kabardino-Balkaria Institute of Research on the Humanities, tells Gor Aleksanyan of the Kavkaz-Uzel portal that the approaching death of the language will also lead to assimilation of those who used to speak it and thus threaten the survival of the nation itself (kavkaz-uzel.eu/articles/321345/).
