Когда мы разделяем нашу радость с нашими братьями в Республике Адыге, отмечается день основания нашей дорогой республики, мы не можем забыть о первых основателях, которые были приняты 23 марта 1992 года. Первоначальная форма флага, которую адыгане использовали в 19 веке, когда они защищали свою черкесскую родину от вторжения в Российскую империю.

As we share our brethren in the Republic of Adygea their joy while they are commemorating the founding of the republic that we consider so dear to us, we will not forget those early founders, who adopted the current model of Circassian flag on the 23rd of March, 1992. That was despite the great and numerous challenges they faced. It is the original form of the flag that the Adygha people have used in the nineteenth century when they defended their Circassian homeland against the invasion of the Tsarist Russian Empire. Russia Goes from Revolution to Revolution as a Result of Uncontrolled Bureaucratization, Milin Says

            Staunton, October 9 – “The problem of the Russian Empire/USSR/Russian Federation,” Dmitry Milin says, “lies in the periodic dominance of an uncontrolled bureaucracy which lives according to Parkinson’s law” and thus leads the country into one dead end after another which it can escape only by revolutions.

            While European countries have learned to control the bureaucracy by the regular change in those in power, the Russian blogger says, and thus have prevented the bureaucracy from leading to the collapse of their economies and societies, “Russia has not yet learned how to do that” (blog.newsru.com/article/09oct2019/rus_history). Colonialism vs Imperialism
Colonialism and imperialism are often used interchangeably, but they are two different words having different meaning. As both colonialism and Imperialism means political and economic domination of the other, scholars often find it hard to differentiate the two.

Though both the words underline suppression of the other, Colonialism is where one nation assumes control over the other and Imperialism refers to political or economic control, either formally or informally.
