TSCHERIM SOOBZOKOV – THE ACCURATE RECORD
The internet does not contain the absolute truth about Tscherim Soobzokov. It is an absolute fact that Tscherim Soobzokov was not a Nazi war criminal. Tscherim Soobzokov did not participate in, nor did he collarborate in committing any war crimes. Soobzokov was not arrested for war crimes which supports the fact that he never was a Nazi war criminal.
Tscherim Soobzokov was never identified by any individual as being involved in war crimes. There were no witnesses that came forward and identified Soobzokov as being involved in war crimes. There are no photographs or videos presented that depict Soobzokov being involved in war crimes. No nation has claimed Tscherim Soobzokov participated in war crimes. No nation sought the extradition of Soobzokov for being under suspicion on involvement in war crimes.
These are absolute facts about Tscherim Soobzokov that no person, entity, organization, or government can refute. Furthermore, Tscherim Soobzokov was investigated by the United States Department of Justice in multiple jurisdictions (New York, New Jersey, and the District of Columbia) without discovering any evidence to establish Soobzokov’s involvement in war crimes, or any other crimes. Their investigation was initially of a criminal nature and when the DOJ was unable to return an indictment, then, for tactical reasons they shifted their approach to a civil prosecution employing immigration laws to seek Soobzokov’s deportation.
The final investigation to plague Tscherim Soobzokov was conducted by the Office of Special Investigations (OSI), who have since merged with the Justice department. OSI exclusively investigated Nazi war criminals. OSI were not constrained by Criminal procedure rules and constitutional principles, therefore, they were able to prolong their investigation without time constraints to find evidence against Soobzokov. The United States government initiated their investigation of Tscherim Soobzokov in 1971 and unofficially concluded it in 1982. They traveled to Germany, Russia, and Israel in search of their ill-fated attempted prosecution of an innocent man.
The collective and extensive investigations conducted by the Department of Justice, OSI, the media, and headline seeking individuals reinforce the adamant assertion by Tscherim Soobzokov that he was not a Nazi war criminal.
Eventually the false allegations created by government investigators transformed into fabricated stories by supposed journalists to create a false and fatal impression about Soobzokov. The combined efforts of all these parties were the direct cause of the assassination of Tscherim Soobzokov. Soobzokov died on September 7, 1985 from the injuries he sustained as a result of a bombing on August 15, 1985 at his home in Paterson, New Jersey. The only person alleged to be a Nazi war criminal in the United States who was assassinated is Tscherim Soobzokov.
Subsequent to the assassination of Tscherim Soobzokov over 28 years ago, and 70 years since World War II, defamatory books, articles and papers continue to be written and published. The internet is polluted with it. The law in the United States permits this type of conduct and there is nothing that can prevent it. Surely those that perpetuate such do not foresee life in the hereafter. The truth will always prevail.
