Akhmed Zakayev: Responsibility lies on those who don’t want political solution of the conflict

Good afternoon Mr. Akhmed Zakayev, what can you say about the situation in the occupied Grozny-Dzokhar and who is behind it?
What happened in the occupied Grozny- Dzokhar 2 days ago is proof that the war which began 20 years ago in Chechnya is not yet over and the conflict between Russia and Chechenia not resolved. As for the clashes in the occupied capital, I can say that, unfortunately, increased the number of victims of this criminal war waged byRussia against the citizens of the Chechen state.
Many Chechen mothers lost their sons, and children their fathers and this is very unfortunate. The responsibilityfor this lies on the Russian leadership and their minions in the occupied Chechnya, who shamelessly lied to Putinthat they fully control the situation in the occupied Chechnya and thus don’t allow the search for a political solution to the Russian-Chechen conflict.
Who is behind this action?
How do you feel about the fact that the Russian government claims that these events should the WestUnited States, Britain, etc.?
Attempts of Top Administration of the Russian Federation and their Chechen henchmen to accuse in the events in Chechnya the West and the Western politicians, to my great regret are absolutely groundless. In the West is remembered about Chechnya only when there is something like what happened two days ago in Grozny-Dzokhar. The point is that many Western politicians do not want to remember that they have allowed Putin to commit war crimes in Chechnya under the cover of fashionable at that time political thesis ‘Real politician’, I’m talking of those about 25% of killed Chechen civilians, about committing terrorist acts on territory of Russia itself, I’m talking about the explosions in Moscow and Volgodonsk in 1999. etc., poisoned with gas in the ‘Nord-Ost’, 2002, shooted children in a school in Beslan in 2004, aggression against another sovereign state of Georgia in 2008. In the subsequent annexation of 20% of the territory of Georgia.
In the west, all the time closed their eyes to these crimes of Putin ,maintaining good relations with him, until he began to repartition borders already on the European continent, and until he began to threaten the sovereignty of the countries of the European Union.

I have no doubt that the opponents of the political settlement of the Russian-Chechen conflict will certainly try to link events in Grozny-Dzokhar with the events in Iraq and Syria.
If to speak what is behind this, I can say exactly behind this is criminal war launched by the Russian state 20 years ago against the Chechen state, and all that is happening today in Russia, in Chechnya, in Ukraine it is all a consequence of this war.
