Paul Goble’s 50 New Windows on Eurasia

Note: As many of you know, because of illness, I fell behind in producing Windows last fall. I have been working to catch up. But I cannot fail to cover the most important event of the intervening period: Putin’s expanded invasion of Ukraine. Consequently, I have been writing about events from the intervening period and about those connected with events taking place now. I have decided to continue that approach.
