Invitation To Attend The Grand Opening Of Circassian Genocide Monument

It is with great pleasure that we invite you to participate in the Grand Opening Day Ceremony to commemorate the Monument of the Circassian Genocide, as well as a conference entitled, “The Results of the Recognition of the Circassian Genocide,” which will take place on May 21, 2012 along the shores of the Black Sea in the Georgian city of Anaklia. After the ceremony and commemoration day on the next day we will be launching Circassian Culture Days. For further details please see the attached program.
It will be a terrific opportunity for the international community, academics, researchers, government officials and policy experts to present their views on the issue of the Circassian Genocide and exchange ideas in order to explore new perspectives on Circassian issues. We welcome any new contributions you might have to the development of the process of international recognition of the Circassian Genocide and Deportation.
