In support of Said-Emin Ibragimov’s LawsuitMadam PROSECUTOR,

We, members of the Independent International Human Rights group (IIHRG)- write this Communication in support the lawsuit filed with the International Criminal Court by Mr. Said Emin IBRAGIMOV, a member of our Group,  a world-renowned peace activist and HR defender, President of International Association Peace and Human Rights, an associate member of PACE,   nominee to  Vaclav Havel HR prize.
Said- Emin IIbragimov requested you in order to stop the ongoing crimes against Chechen people in Chechnya and Russia, as well as restore justice, open a criminal case against the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, and the political and military leadership of the Russian Federation, allegedly implicit in committing of Aggression, Genocide, Crimes Against Humanity, and War Crimes against the Chechen people.

Madam Prosecutor, We fully support the lawsuit and ask you to speed up opening the criminal case. One of the reasons for our plea to you is recent incident with abduction and torturing Said-Emin Ibragimov, that is, more likely, a direct threat to his life.
