Circassian Memorial Day Anniversary in Amman

Circassians in Jordan have shared the world Circassians to commemorate, the Circassian Day of Grief and Memory, which is commemorated by Circassians every year. It links the past with the present, where it gives the resolve and fortitude in order to consider the future of the coming generations.
Despite the ban imposed by the Jordanian Ministry of the Interior to conduct the annual vigil in front of the Russian Embassy in Amman on the Day of the Circassian grief, the Circassians commemorated the memory of the victims of the devastating war, foreign occupation, genocide and forced deportation, that is commemorated by the Circassians in the world every year, on the twenty first of May.
The young men in the afternoon, went to the Russian Embassy location in Amman, and lined up in front of the main entrance of the embassy, while holding Circassian and Jordanian flags, as well as they raised banners denouncing the crimes committed against the Circassian nation, calling for the recognition of genocide and all its repercussions. Some of the participants wore Circassian clothes and hats, where it imposed a Circassian character.
On the other hand, the main Circassian Charity Association has commemorated the annual memory. They invited members and concerned people, where speeches were given, including the speech of the Head of the Association, and the speech of the Circassian Tribal Council of Jordan. Also commemoration included other paragraphs devoted to shed light on the themes of culture, arts and social matters, linking the present with the past, which states all matters relating to Motherland.
Also, a group of young men came to the place of commemoration, while waving Circassian flags and banners such as those raised during the vigil that took place in front of the Russian Embassy in Amman; they stood in front of the audience and on the stage prepared for this occasion. When the program prepared for the occasion has started, they withdrew and dispersed in the place.
