بيان إدانة

صادر عن “مجموعة العدالة لشمال القوقاز” والمواقع المساندة لشجب القرصنة الألكترونية

يشجب ويدين موقع مجموعة العدالة لشمال القوقاز (JFNC) والمواقع المساندة التصرفات اللامسؤولة وغير القانونية التي اتخذتها نفس مؤسسات الشر وفروعها ووكلاءها من خلال الجهود الخبيثة الدؤوبة والمستمرة الّتي تمضي قدماً، من أجل الإختراق والقرصنة بشكل غير قانوني، في محاولة منها لإسكات وتدمير المواقع الالكترونيّة الشركسية والقوقازيّة والّتي تنشر الحقائق وذلك آلاف المرات خلال الأسابيع الأخيرة، في محاولة لإسكات الناس، ولإخفاء الحقيقة ومواصلة الإستفزاز من خلال آلة الدّعاية الخسيسة والمَرافق التي تحاول أن تبقي على تقديم  الأمور والأحداث بأسلوب ومنطق مقلوبين من أجل التوصل إلى سبل ووسائل خاطئة ومتحيزة تماما لتقويض حرية التعبير والمعلومات القانونيّة، والمدونات ووسائل الإعلام، لغرض قمع الحريات والتّصدّي للإرادة الحرة.

في الأول من مارس/آذار 2014، وقع أحدث جهد لقراصنة الإنترنت بعد آلاف الهجمات في الآونة الأخيرة، حيث أثّر ذلك على مواقع الكترونيّة بدت متوقفة عن العمل تماماً؛ وبعد تحقق القائمين على هذه المواقع من الأمر تم التوصل الى معرفة الأسباب التي أدت إلى توقف هذه المواقع عن تقديم خدماتها للجمهور، فأكّد الخبراء التقنيّين الشّركس بان العمل الشيطاني تم تنفيذه وفقاّ لتقنيّة عاليّة المستوى، حيث يصعب اكتشاف وإصلاح الخلل الفني الحاصل ويجب أن يتم التعاطي معه من قبل مختصّين يتمتّعون بمهنيّة وقدرة فنيّة متميّزة، وهكذا كان، حيث تمكن الخبراء الشّركس من إعادة العمل بهذه المواقع بنفس اليوم دون تمكّن المعتدين والدّخلاء من التّأثير على نوعية ومضمون هذه المواقع التي تؤدي دورها في توفير وإيصال المعلومات الصادقة والصحيحة وغير الملفّقة للشّركس وغير الشّركس، بالإضافة إلى القوقازيّين وكل محبيي ومؤيّدي السّلام العادل في العالم.

القراصنة المختصّين الذين يتمركزون في مراكز خدمة الأمن الفيدرالي (FSB)، يبدو انهم مدربون للمهمات الخاصة، وهم يسعون لاستغلال نقاط ضعف شبكات الحاسوب لدى مقدمي الخدمات، وعمليات المواقع والأفراد المشتركين ليعيثوا فسادا ولإضعاف أمن وخصوصية الإنترنت، و في نفس الوقت محاولة أن يكون لهم تأثير على الاهداف المستهدفة لتشويه المعلومات وتحريف البيانات والتي تتوافق مع اليقين بأن صناعة الجريمة الالكترونيّة الروسية هي مصدر ما لا يقل عن ثلث كل الفيروسات وأحصنة طروادة وغيرها من البرامج الضارة أو الخبيثة، والتي ترسل إلى أنحاء العالم، كما وصفها أحد كبار الباحثين: (“روسيا هي حيث يتم تطوير معظم هذه الأنواع من الهجمات،” وأضاف “انها التكنولوجيا التي ليس الكثيرين من مؤلّفي الفيروسات الأخرين يمكن أن يفهموها. ويذهبوا إلى عناء إكتشافها”).

وهناك تشويش غير مشروع مماثل استمر مرارا وتكرارا في الماضي ولا يزال ضد المعارضة الروسية، ومنظمات حقوق الإنسان والمنظّمات الليبرالية كذلك، ومواقع وسائل الإعلام غير المنحازة في روسيا والقوقاز والعالم، والذي يتم إعداده ليكون موجّة إلى أي موقع يغطي الأحداث في شمال القوقاز، والّذي زاد خلال دورة الألعاب الاولمبيّة الشّتويّة في سوتشي لعام 2014 وزاد من كثافته الآن بسبب التطورات في أوكرانيا، مستفيدين من الحماية المقدمة تحت مظلة أجهزة الأمن الفيدراليّة التي يتمتع بها الجناة، في محيط يسيطر فيه “الأخ الأكبر” على مصير وقدر المواطنين!

A Condemnation Statement

Issued by “Justice For North Caucasus Group” and Associated Websites to Denounce Electronic Piracy

Justice For North Caucasus Group (JFNC) and its associated Websites denounce and condemn the irresponsible and illegal acts taken by the same evil establishments and their branches and agents through their relentless and continuous wickedness efforts that go on and on to illegally hack, try to silence and destroy the Circassian, Caucasian and fact publishers’ Websites thousands of times during the recent weeks, in an attempt to silence people, hide the truth, and continue provocation through their mean propaganda machine and facilities which keep trying to present matters and events in an upside-down method and logic in order to come up with completely false and bias ways and means to undermine free speech, legitimate information, blogging and media, for the purpose of suppressing freedom and to thwart free will.

The latest Internet hackers’ effort after thousands of attacks lately, has taken place on the first of March, 2014, where the impact has affected Websites that seemed stopped functioning completely;  After a check that was carried out by those responsible for these websites, the reasons were known which led to the suspension of the Websites to provide service to the public, and the Circassian technical experts have confirmed that satanic effort has been implemented according to a high technical standard, where it was difficult to detect and fix the incidental technical defects that had occurred, which must be dealt with by specialists who enjoy professionalism and distinct technical capability, and so it was, where the Circassian experts had to regain operation for these sites on the same day without enabling the intruders and attackers to leave an impact on the quality and content of those sites that play their role in delivering true, correct and unfabricated information of the Circassians and non-Circassians, of Caucasians, all just peace lovers and supporters in the world.

The expert hackers who are based in the FSB centers are of a class of their own, who seek to exploit weakness in computer networks of service providers, Websites’ operations and individual subscribers for the purpose of wreak havoc and weakening the Internet security and privacy, and at the same time try to have an impact on targeted goals to distort information and twist data which coincide with the certainty that the Russian cyber-crime  industry is the source of at least one third of all Viruses, Trojans and other malicious software, or malware, sent around the world, as described by a senior researcher: (“Russia is where they develop most of these types of attacks,” and  “It’s a technology that not many other virus writers would understand. They go to the trouble of figuring it out”).

Similar unlawful interference persisted repeatedly in the past and still against the Russian opposition,  human rights and  liberal organizations, and non-biased media Websites in Russia, the Caucasus and the world, which have been set up to be directed to any Website that covers the events in the North Caucasus, which increased during the Sochi 2014 Winter Olympic Games and now intensified due to the developments in Ukraine, taking the advantage of protection provided under the umbrella of the Federal security services that the perpetrators enjoy, in an environment of a “Big Brother” controlling citizens’ fate and destiny!
