Жительница Нальчика заявляет, что сотрудники полиции подвергли пыткам ее мужа

Жительница Нальчика Зулейхат Озова обратилась в следственное управление СКР по Кабардино-Балкарии, к уполномоченному по правам человека в КБР, в Кабардино-Балкарский республиканский правозащитный центр и Правозащитный центр “Мемориал”, сообщив об избиении ее мужа сотрудниками полиции и принуждении к самооговору. Она просит привлечь к ответственности сотрудников полиции, виновных в произошедшем, и защитить ее супруга.

В заявлении Зулейхат Озовой говорится, что утром 5 апреля ее муж Беслан Озов уехал на работу в город Чегем, где он работает развозчиком цементного раствора. Вечером того же дня, когда женщина находилась у своей матери в селе Былым, ей позвонила соседка и сказала, что в квартире Озовых сотрудниками полиции в масках проводится обыск. “Это может подтвердить муж нашей соседки Таукенов Нажмудин. Также он пояснил, что кроме полицейских он никого там больше не видел, то есть обыск проводился без понятых”, – говорится в заявлении. Read more →
