Born in January 1892 in the area of the Circassian Eladiga in northern Alagafqqas, and finished his studies at the Stavropol distinction and finished law studies in 1916 from the University of St. Petersburg and then attended the Sorbonne University in Paris after his emigration from the Caucasus, from which he graduated in 1921.

The Democratic Party was elected a member of the Russian parliament, but he preferred to return to the North Caucasus where he was appointed in 1918 as governor administratively for the Circassian Kuban region in Gmehoriaathad North Caucasus .

And published in collaboration with Professor George Domozal the translation of the book “Circassian stories and legends” into French. And issued in 1939 his valuable book “The Origin of Circassians” and continued to write about his country and his people Circassians in French, English, German and Russian in various newspapers and magazines in the world.

Contributed to the liberation of the Caucasian magazines that emerged in Europe after the forced displacement of the Circassians. The shares in the liberation of the German scientific journal, and became president of the Islamic Society in Germany, which was providing assistance to needy immigrants from the North Caucasus .

Emigrated to Turkey in 1946, continuing his political activity and scientific excellence in service of his country and his people until he died on July 27, 1963, at the age of 71 years. dedicated his knowledge and experience throughout his life for the freedom and independence of their homeland and its citizens. (less)
