نافذة على أوراسيا: منظمة شركسية موالية للكرملين تسعى علنا لأن تجعل موسكو تقوم بتقويض مجموعات شركسية أخرى

             ستاونتون، 24 يونيو/حزيران – سعت أجهزة موسكو الأمنية منذ بداية الحقبة السوفياتية على الأقل، لاختراق وتقسيم وإحداث الفوضى في المنظمات العرقية بأساليب سرّيّة، وهو نهج أعطى الحكومة الرّوسية مجالاً للإنكار لأن هذه إجراءات عادة ما تتعرض فقط لاستنتاج ما يجري أو تأتي من المعارضين أو المنشقين.

             لكن أصبحت الحكومة الروسية الآن تبدي علنا الازدراء ​​نحو الغرب وكيف سيكون رد فعلها لمثل هذه السياسات المدمّرة الّتي قبلت عرضا علنيا من الجمعية الشركسية العالمية، وهي مجموعة موالية لموسكو، للانخراط في مثل هذه الإجراءات ضد جماعات شركسية أخرى في شمال القوقاز وأماكن أخرى.

              وقد نشرت الغرفة الاجتماعية للإتحاد الروسي على صفحتها الخاصّة باعتبارها منظمة غير حكومية طلباً لمنحة تمويل من الجمعية الشركسية العالمية(grants.oprf.ru/grants2014-1/zhurnal/rec4350/). ليس على نحو عديم الأهمّيّة، حيث يقول الموقع أن التطبيق “يتماشى” مع اهداف برنامج الغرفة. Read more →

14.06.2014 Pro-Russian separatists shot down a Ukrainian aircraft carrying 49 soldiers near the eastern city of Luhansk. According to Kyryl Savin from the Heinrich Böll Foundation’s Kyiv office, there’s no doubt this is a war.

DW: Forty-nine soldiers were killed when a military plane was shot down as it attempted to land at the airport in Luhansk. Has the conflict escalated to a new level?

Kyryl Savin: I think so. This is the biggest misfortune in the Ukraine government’s anti-terrorist operation. On the one hand, there is, of course, grief over the tragic deaths of the soldiers, especially among family members. At the same time, there’s also growing anger aimed at the government, the president, and those responsible, who have allowed something like this to happen. Media has reported in recent days, that the “Caucasian” or “Muslim” fighters are interfering in Eastern Ukraine for the sake of the Russian interests.

Proxies such as the Russian local employees and officials are apparently behind the reputation which shows that Russia is using old practices with new dreams to show others that FSB is able to control Caucasian/Muslim fighters. The evidence is contrary to the real Russian policies regarding the use of the Islamic religion (Islamophobia) for its selfish benefits!

The Focus on the Chechen Factor and Ukraine

Various reports from Ukraine, Russia and Chechnya indicate that there is Chechen involvement in the military operations in Eastern Ukraine (http://www.npr.org/2014/05/20/314087662/the-secret-players-in-the-russia-ukraine-game), supporting the pro-Russians. At the same time, there is no confirmed number of Chechens in Ukraine, defending the Russian backed so-called rebels who are trying to secede from Ukraine in a similar way to what has happened in the Crimea (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qFeFNjc-0yE).
